What the venue gives you
Generous ceiling heights and clean power distribution mean designs here can go vertical: tall brand fascias that read from across the hall, overhead branding, rigged elements and double-height product walls. Loading access is better than the older halls, which shortens build time and reduces the risk of losing hours on move-in day.
Our recent builds at Yashobhoomi
XBATTERY, IESW 2026 — a sharp black-and-white custom build for their BharatBMS platform, with a backlit brand fascia, an LED-lit product-display wall of battery-management boards, a live demo screen, an illuminated reception counter and a private meeting lounge.
Gupta Gas, FSIE 2025 — a warm wood-and-blue stand with the signature illuminated “Let’s Make India Fire Free” ring, hexagon product-graphic walls, an illuminated hexagonal reception and a cylinder product display.
What we deliver here

Yashobhoomi (IICC) — common questions
Is Yashobhoomi easier to build at than older Delhi venues?
In most ways, yes. The halls are newer, with better loading access, power distribution and ceiling heights, which gives designers more room for tall brand fascias, overhead branding and rigged elements. The approval discipline is still strict, so drawings and permissions are submitted the same way.
How far is your workshop from Yashobhoomi?
Our workshop is in Noida and Yashobhoomi is in Dwarka — both inside Delhi NCR. That keeps transport short, lets us pre-assemble the stall before dispatch and makes it practical to fix anything on the same day during build.
Have you built here before?
Yes. Recent builds at Yashobhoomi include the XBATTERY stall at IESW 2026 and the Gupta Gas stall at FSIE 2025, both custom designed and fabricated in-house.
Can you do backlit and LED-heavy stall designs here?
Yes, and the hall heights suit them. Backlit brand fascias, LED-lit product walls, tension-fabric lightboxes and video walls are all produced in-house, including the large-format printing.
