← All venuesBharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan is the most in-demand exhibition address in India, and its build rules are stricter than most venues: tighter gate timings, mandatory structural approvals for raised floors and double-deckers, and night-only build slots for large halls.
Why the venue rules matter
Most build-day problems at Pragati Maidan are paperwork problems, not carpentry problems. A stall that arrives without approved structural drawings waits at the gate. A design that exceeds the hall’s height permission has to be cut down on site. We check both at the design stage, which is why the 3D you approve is the stall that actually gets built.
What we deliver here
Custom stalls built from a blank sheet around your brand and floor position; multi-exhibitor and association pavilions with shared infrastructure and wayfinding; double-deckers with structural drawings prepared for approval; and fast shell-scheme upgrades when you have booked a bare booth and need it to look like a brand.
Everything is fabricated at our own workshop in Noida — about an hour from Mathura Road — so the structure, joinery, metal, acrylic and large-format printing are all under one roof and pre-assembled before dispatch. There is no third-party fabricator to blame when something does not fit.

Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan) — common questions
How long before the show should I book a stall designer for Bharat Mandapam?
Four to five weeks is comfortable for a custom stall. We work backwards from gate-open — brief at D-30, approved 3D design by D-24, drawings submitted and materials locked by D-18, fabrication from D-10, on-site build at D-2. Shorter timelines are possible for modular and shell-scheme upgrades; tell us your dates and we will say honestly what fits.
Do you handle the ITPO approvals and structural drawings?
Yes. Raised floors, double-deckers and any rigged or overhead element need structural drawings submitted for approval before the build window. We prepare and submit that documentation as part of the project, so nothing is held up at the gate.
Can you build a double-decker stall at Bharat Mandapam?
Yes, subject to the organiser's height and load permissions for your hall. Double-deckers need approved structural drawings and a longer build window, so they should be decided at the design stage rather than added later.
What does a stall at Bharat Mandapam cost?
It depends on size, the number of open sides, and how much of the build is custom joinery versus modular. We send an itemised quote alongside the free 3D design so you can see exactly what each element costs before committing.
Do you work during night build slots?
Yes. Large halls at Pragati Maidan are often allotted night-only build windows, and our crews work those slots so the stall is finished and snag-checked before the hall opens.
