PRINTPACK India is the subcontinent’s largest printing and packaging technology exhibition, organised by IPAMA and held at India Expo Centre & Mart. The 17th edition runs five days, with over 600 exhibitors and space sold out well ahead of the show.
What works on this floor
This is a machinery show with an unusual twist: your visitors are printers, so they will judge your printed graphics professionally. Banding, poor registration or a visible pixel grid on a stand graphic is noticed here in a way it is not at any other show.
Beyond that, the usual machinery rules apply — the press or line is the hero, visitors need to see it running safely from the aisle, and the serious conversations need a place to sit.
Why our workshop matters at this show
India Expo Mart is twenty minutes from our Noida workshop, and all our large-format printing is produced in-house — backlit, fabric and eco-solvent vinyl. At a printing exhibition, that means your stand graphics are made on our own machines and checked before they leave, not sub-contracted and hoped for.

PRINTPACK India 2027 — common questions
We are bringing a press to the stand. Can you design around it?
Yes. Presses and converting lines set the whole layout — footprint, floor loading, three-phase power, compressed air and the safe distance visitors need to stand from a running machine. We settle those with you first, then design the brand space around the machine.
PRINTPACK is five days. Does that affect the build?
Mainly in finish specification and planning. Five days of heavy footfall is hard on flooring, counters and seating, so we specify accordingly and keep a crew available for a mid-show touch-up.
Space sold out early. Does that mean build slots are tight?
A full hall usually means a crowded move-in. Being twenty minutes away is a real advantage here — we can work the slot we are given and come back the same day if anything needs attention.
Can you print the graphics as well as build the stand?
Yes, all of it in-house — backlit, fabric and eco-solvent vinyl large-format printing, acrylic and 3D letters, panel graphics and signage. At a printing show, badly printed stand graphics are a problem; ours are produced on our own machines.
