Stall design & fabrication for India ITME 2026
The 12th India International Textile Machinery Exhibition — six days, 1,800-plus exhibitors, and the largest textile technology gathering in the region.
- Dates
- 4–9 December 2026
- Venue
- India Expo Centre & Mart
- Scale
- 1,800+ exhibitors
India ITME is the big one for textile engineering — six days at India Expo Centre & Mart with over 1,800 exhibitors, drawing mill owners, technical buyers and agents from across India and overseas. It runs long and it runs heavy.
What works on this floor
ITME is a machinery show, so the machine is the hero and the stand is the frame around it. The practical questions come first: can a visitor see the machine running from the aisle, can an operator demonstrate it without the crowd blocking the walkway, and is there somewhere for a serious technical conversation to continue sitting down.
Above that, height and lighting do the recruiting. In a hall this size, a fascia that reads from two aisles away is what brings people to the machine in the first place.
What we build here
Custom stalls engineered around machine footprints and floor loading, reinforced plinths, planned power and service routing, multi-zone island layouts, double-deckers with structural drawings, and meeting rooms for technical discussions. All fabricated at our Noida workshop, twenty minutes from the hall.

India ITME 2026 — common questions
Our machines are huge. Can you design a stall around live machinery?
Yes, and that is the main design question at ITME. Machine footprint, floor loading, power and compressed-air routing, operator access and visitor sightlines all have to be settled before the stand is styled. We engineer the plinths and service routing first, then build the brand around the machine.
Six days is a long show. Does that change the build?
It changes the finish specification more than the structure. Surfaces, flooring and seating take six days of heavy footfall, so we specify harder-wearing materials and plan for a mid-show touch-up by our crew.
Can you handle a large island stall?
Yes. Island positions at India Expo Mart take multi-zone layouts, double-deckers and overhead branding. Large builds need approved structural drawings and a longer build window, so they are planned from the design stage.
How close is your workshop to the venue?
About twenty minutes. India Expo Mart is our home venue — the stall is fabricated locally, pre-assembled and checked before dispatch, and our crew can return the same day during build or even mid-show.
