CPHI & PMEC India brings the entire pharma supply chain into one hall at India Expo Centre & Mart — ingredients and formulations on the CPHI side, machinery, packaging and plant technology on PMEC. For most exhibitors it is the single most important lead-generation week of the year, and the hall is dense with competitors doing the same thing.
What works on this floor
Pharma buyers walk the aisles with a shortlist. A stand that reads as “serious manufacturer” from ten metres away gets the conversation; one that looks like a shell-scheme booth with a banner does not. That usually means a lit brand fascia high enough to be seen over the aisle, a clear product or machinery zone, and a closed meeting space for the conversations that actually convert.
What we build here
Custom stalls with reinforced plinths for machinery, product-display walls for packaging and formulations, glass-walled meeting rooms, illuminated receptions and backlit graphic walls — designed in 3D, fabricated at our Noida workshop twenty minutes from the venue, and installed by our own crew.

How much time do I need to get a stall built for CPHI & PMEC India?
Four to five weeks is comfortable for a custom stall. We work backwards from gate-open — brief at D-30, approved 3D by D-24, drawings and materials locked by D-18, fabrication from D-10 and on-site build at D-2. If your dates are tighter, tell us and we will say honestly what is achievable.
Can you build a stall that displays heavy machinery?
Yes. Pharma machinery needs reinforced plinths, planned power and cable routing, and a layout that lets visitors see the machine running without crowding the aisle. We engineer the load before we style the stand — the same way we built heavy product displays for Bonfiglioli.
Do you handle the hall approvals at India Expo Mart?
Yes. Structural drawings for raised floors, double-deckers and any rigged element are prepared and submitted as part of the project, so the build is not held up on move-in day.
Our parent company is overseas. Can you work to their brand guidelines?
Yes. We have delivered stands for European principals exhibiting in India, including KOMTES from Spain. Send the brand book and we design within it, with photoreal 3D for approval before anything is fabricated.
