Bharat Mobility Global Expo is the largest mobility event in India, running across three Delhi NCR venues — Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi and India Expo Mart — and covering everything from finished vehicles to the components, batteries and software behind them.
What works on this floor
Mobility halls are loud, bright and crowded, and the stands are the biggest in the Indian calendar. Two things decide whether yours works.
Height and light. In a hall where every neighbour is lit, a fascia that only reads from the next aisle is a fascia nobody sees. Overhead branding and rigged elements earn their cost at this show more than any other.
What visitors can get close to. Vehicles need approach and sightline. Components need to be at eye level, cut away where the engineering is the selling point, and lit so the machining shows. Everything else is supporting structure.

Mahindra Group — a custom stand with structure, fascia branding, vehicle display zones, lighting and on-site installation handled end to end by our own crew.
XBATTERY, IESW 2026 — an EV-adjacent build for their BharatBMS platform, with a backlit fascia, an LED-lit product wall of battery-management boards and a live demo screen.

What we build here
Large custom stands with vehicle display zones and ramp access, double-deckers with structural drawings, overhead and rigged branding, lit component walls, demo and experience zones, and meeting rooms — fabricated at our Noida workshop and installed at whichever of the three venues you are allotted.

Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2027 — common questions
We need to display vehicles. Can you build for that?
Yes. Vehicle display zones change the engineering — floor loading and ramp access for driving a vehicle onto the stand, turntable provision if you want one, sightlines so the vehicle reads from the aisle, and lighting aimed to flatter bodywork rather than flatten it. We have built vehicle display zones for Mahindra Group.
The show runs across three venues. Does that complicate things?
Not for us — Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi and India Expo Mart are all Delhi NCR halls we build at round the year, and our workshop sits between them. Each venue has its own rules and build windows, and we plan to whichever hall you have been allotted.
We make components, not vehicles. What works for us?
Component stands live on product walls and cutaways. Lit display walls at eye level, sectioned or cutaway parts that show the engineering inside, and a clear technical meeting area for OEM and tier-one conversations. We built exactly this kind of stand for Bonfiglioli's drives and gearmotors.
How early should we start for a large stand?
Earlier than you think. Large mobility stands need structural drawings, rigging and electrical approvals, and the February window means fabrication runs through January. Six to eight weeks is sensible for anything above 100 sqm.
